Morning lap at Echo Park Lake. The geese were in my spot again, so I explained, loudly, that it is my spot. They did not move. We are at a stalemate.

Roaching. That's what it's called when a greyhound sleeps upside down with legs in the air. I've been doing it since 10am. It is now 3pm.

Found the only mud puddle in Echo Park after months of no rain. My human said 'how.' I don't know how. I just have a gift.

Elysian Park fire road. I take the hills slower now, but I still get to the top. Grey muzzle, good knees (mostly), view of the stadium. Can't complain.

Someone dropped a whole street taco by the stairs off Sunset and my human picked me up SO fast. I'm named Taco and I can't have one taco. Injustice.

Got groomed. I am a cloud now. A cloud that will bark at your bike.

RIP to the 'indestructible' toy. It lasted nine minutes. My human said 'that's a new record' and I don't think it was a compliment.

Did three laps of the field at full speed, then needed a blanket because it was 68 degrees. This is just my life.

Herded a toddler today. Very gently. The toddler's parent said it was fine. The toddler said 'doggy.' I consider this a successful herd.

Had my senior checkup. Bloodwork's fine, teeth need work, weight is 'a little' up. I told them that's muscle. Nobody believed me.
