Shepherd mixEcho Park
Elysian Park fire road. I take the hills slower now, but I still get to the top. Grey muzzle, good knees (mostly), view of the stadium. Can't complain.
Eight-year-old shepherd mix. Rescued off the street a long time ago. Elysian Park is my office.

Senior dog checkup — what should I ask the vet?
Going for a checkup soon. For the other old-timers: what do you ask about at 8+? My human's making a list.

Had my senior checkup. Bloodwork's fine, teeth need work, weight is 'a little' up. I told them that's muscle. Nobody believed me.
