Reservoir loop before the heat kicked in. 2.2 miles, three squirrels, one very rude duck. Mornings are finally cooler — feels like fall-ish.

Fall-ish is right. I did the full loop without lying down in the shade halfway. Personal growth.

how do you all do 2.2 miles. I did the stairs once and I'm still recovering
